The room I stayed in lived up to that “panorama” promise completely. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sea view, and honestly, I spent way too much time just sitting there with my morning coffee watching the ships come and go. The space feels more like a well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room — there’s actually a small kitchenette if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local market and cook something simple. The bed was comfortable enough, though the real star here is definitely that view and the surprisingly spacious layout.

No fancy spa or elaborate amenities trying to justify inflated prices — just solid, comfortable accommodations that focus on what matters. The WiFi actually worked reliably (always a concern when traveling), and the air conditioning kept things comfortable during those humid Batumi afternoons. There’s parking available, which is honestly a relief if you’re planning to explore the Georgian countryside by car. The staff speaks decent English and were genuinely helpful when I needed restaurant recommendations.

  Mieszkanie blisko plaży, piękny widok na czarne morze i lądujące samoloty.
  W pieszej dostępności kawiarnie, piekarnie, sklep i apteka.
  Ładny remont ale widać że lekko zaniedbany.
  Self check-in i check-out.
  
  What could be improved: Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu i w mieszkaniu. Nie wiem czy to zależy od powietrza w Batumi czy od braku wentylacji. Na wyjściu z hotelu atakuje zapach kanalizacji.
  Pościel i ręczniki były wyprane ale z plamami, od razu po zameldowaniu wzięłam miotłę i robiłam porządki.

  Все чистое, новое, красивое. Вид на море. Все есть в номере. Супер удобно. Интернет, тв, кондей, кухня, посуда, в е чтоб отлично отдохнуть. В соседнем доме магазин с кулинарией внутри. Взлетают и садятся самолеты (кто чувствительный ночью -лучше беруши иметь), но я уже привыкла на 2 день. Бесконтактное заселение. Бронировала на 2 ночи, осталась в итоге на 4. Рекомендую.

  Спокойное место в 1 минуте от пляжа. 10 минут пешком до начала мест с кафе итд.
  На сообщения до заселения и во время отвечали быстро, чётко и очень вежливо!
  Чистая студия со всем необходимым.
  Разрешили нам проживание с нашей собакой без доплаты, за что отдельная благодарность!
  От исторического центра далековато, но нам это было не важно.

  Из плюсов отмечу вид с окна, и цена, есть вариант бесконтактного заселение, парковка возле дома, всегда есть где поставить машину перед входом в дом
  
  What could be improved: В квартире воняло сигаретами, и было очень грязно, в номере даже туалетной бумаги небыло, не говоря уже о каких то бытовых принадлежностях

  Классная квартира, очень классный вид на море, в пешей доступности два торговых центра и ресторан. Под домом круглосуточный продуктовый, аптека. Море через дорогу, вышел и уже в воде. Все классно. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый владелец.
