  What could be improved: Менеджер. Мы просили сначала ранний заезд, нам отказали. Хотя мы пришли чтоб оставить вещи в 2 часа дня и номер был готов – вообщем менеджер даже не желал оказать помощь . При выезде ситуация повторилась
