You can explore the old town during the day, then come back to your quiet street in the evening. The neighborhood has this nice residential feel, but you’re still close enough to walk to restaurants and cafes when you want them.

The room itself lives up to the “spacious” promise in the name. I’ve stayed in plenty of studios that feel cramped, but this one actually has distinct areas that work well together. The kitchenette is compact but functional — I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to, not just heat up instant noodles. The sleeping area feels separate from the living space, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying for more than just a night or two. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the whole place has this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile.

The Wi-Fi actually works well (I was working remotely part of my stay), and the air conditioning keeps things comfortable even during Batumi’s humid summer days.   Мне очень понравилась квартира, уютная, чистая, приятная, своя кухня, удобное место расположение.
  Очень приятная, гостеприимная и дружелюбная хозяйка.
  Море в 4 минутах ходьбы, много магазинов и кафе, недалеко 2 кошерных ресторана (10 минут, что было очень важно для меня)
  Также рядом парки и есть wi fi .

  Спасибо большое Елене за чудесный отдых! Все было как дома!
  Расположение супер: 5 минут до моря! Квартира небольшая, но есть абсолютно все: посуда, стиралка, вентилятор, холодильник, телевизор, микроволновая печь и дальше по списку!
  Отдыхала одна и более чем довольна!

  The location of the apartment is great, close to the sea and the city center is easily walkable. Everything worked out well, the host was nice and attentive. For three people it's quite small, but good value for the small budget
