The building itself sits on Angisa street, and yes, you’ll need to navigate to the second entrance and take the elevator up to the 27th floor, but trust me, that journey is worth it. The views from up there? Absolutely stunning, especially if you’re traveling as a couple — which explains why couples rate the location a perfect 9.9.

What really sets this place apart is how each apartment feels like your own private retreat rather than just another hotel room. The units come with a proper kitchen, which honestly saved me so much money during my stay — you know how expensive eating out every meal can get. The layout is smart too, with enough space to actually spread out and relax. I mean, after a long day exploring Batumi’s coastline, having a real living area to unwind in made all the difference.

Location Perks

Here’s what the booking sites don’t always tell you — the location is genuinely exceptional, and I’m not just saying that because of the 9.9 rating. You’re close enough to Batumi’s main attractions that nothing feels like a trek, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually get some peace. The fact that there’s free private parking on site is huge if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the Georgian coast. Most places in this area either don’t have parking or charge extra for it.

What I loved most was how the place lets you live like a local rather than just passing through. Having that kitchen meant I could grab fresh produce from Batumi’s markets and actually cook — something you miss when you’re stuck with hotel dining. The restaurant scene in the neighborhood is solid too, with several Georgian places within walking distance that locals actually frequent. The staff was helpful without being intrusive, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked smoothly.

Look, a 9.7 rating doesn’t happen by accident, and after staying here, I get it completely. It’s that rare combination of practical amenities — like the parking and full kitchen setup — with genuine comfort and those incredible high-floor views. The apartment-style accommodation gives you flexibility that regular hotel rooms just can’t match, whether you want to sleep in and make your own breakfast or need space to work. For couples especially, there’s something romantic about having your own little sky-high retreat in Batumi, complete with all the privacy and space you could want.

  We requested for early check in and the owner confirmed it,
  The manager met us at the reception and was very helpful until we get inside the apartment.
  The apartment was very clean and has beautiful view.
  The view at night was better than day.
  We cooked at the apartment and felt like home even Georgian food is delicious.

  What could be improved: Nothing that much but if someone is scared of the height the apartment is located at the last floor, 27 floor from 27, even we liked the view so much , but some people are scared of high floors.

  The low price.
  
  A day before check in I was asked to pay an extra 16.5% on top of the advertised price (payment is in cash during check in) because the owner claimed the published price on the booking.com website was a "mistake".
  I agreed to the higher price because it was still cheaper than most in the area and due to the high rating.

  Many shops in the vicinity and metrocity mall is near.
  
  Check in was smooth and quick and the guy who checked me in Mr. Gela is friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was superficially cleaned.
  The kitchen drawers had large and visible grease markings and the bathroom seems to not have been cleaned at all (with exception of the floor that was mopped).
  
  The guests who stayed before me were probably a male and female couple because the sink was blocked with long hairs and there were short hairs scattered on the floor and washing machine.
  
  The biggest problem is the low quality mattress.
  It has springs sticking out when you lay on it.
  
  My first instinct was to cut my loss and leave to a different apartment.
  However, the mattress has an additional thin cover (surely an attempt to reduce the discomfort) and as I am single I folded it and managed to sleep the four nights on one side of the bed (albeit uncomfortably. I woke up every morning earlier than usual as a result).
  
  There are 5 decorative cushions that lay on the bed.
  These are made of materials that are not washable and it added to an overall impression of lack of cleanliness.
  
  They also take a lot of space because there are also 4 sleeping pillows and so the wardrobe can hardly contain any clothes if these pillows and cushions are kept in the wardrobe (it is likely some guests keep the cushions on the floor under the bed).
  
  I took the time to describe in detail the shortcomings so the host fixes them because judging by my experience the majority of the reviews on this listing are inaccurate.

  Our stay was spectacular. The host is very kind and very helpful. The apartment is brand new and very clean, well equipped and functional. It is very beautifully decorated and is colorful and very bright. The kitchen is a great value. The view is wonderful and the location perfect. The waterfront is very close by! I felt pampered by every detail. It was like being at home! Ideal for a couple. We will definitely stay there again and stay more days. Congratulations!

  Nice and clean apartment. There was everything needed. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Since the apartment is on the top floor, you can go out onto the roof.
  
  What could be improved: However, we did not expect that the apartment is located in a building under construction. And all the amenities of the house, such as a swimming pool and a bar, are not yet finished.

  We used to cross the street and arrive to the biggest mall and biggest Casino, Eclipse casino which is located at Euphoria hotel, the beach also 5-8 mins walking from the apartments,
