This four-star property sits right on Sherif Khimshiashvili street, and I mean, you’re basically a five-minute stroll from the main boulevard where all the action happens in Batumi. The location is sort of perfect because you get that residential neighborhood vibe (way quieter at night, trust me) but you’re still close enough to hear the distant hum of the city when you want it.

The suites themselves are what really won me over though. I stayed in one of their sea-facing rooms and – okay, the name isn’t just marketing fluff – you actually do get these expansive views of the Black Sea that make you want to just camp out on the balcony with your morning coffee. The rooms are spacious in that European way where everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just big for the sake of it. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup; it’s not just a mini-fridge and a kettle, but an actual functional kitchenette where you could make a proper meal if you wanted to skip the restaurant scene for a night. The beds are seriously comfortable too – I’m talking that sweet spot where it’s firm enough to support you but soft enough that you sink in just right.

The staff here genuinely seem to know what they’re doing, which you’d hope for with a 9.3 rating, but still, it’s refreshing when people actually remember your name and preferences without you having to repeat yourself every interaction. They helped me figure out the best times to hit the nearby beaches (early morning or late afternoon, if you’re wondering – midday gets pretty crowded with families), and honestly gave better restaurant recommendations than most travel guides I’ve read. Parking was straightforward, which might not sound exciting but anyone who’s driven around Batumi during summer will tell you that’s not always a given. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but I mean, that’s pretty standard for buildings in this area, and the climb isn’t terrible if you’re feeling impatient. Overall, it’s one of those places where you feel like you’re getting genuine value – not just a bed to sleep in, but an actual base where you can settle in and experience Batumi like you’re living there rather than just passing through.

  Monolocale ampio e ben attrezzato per soggiornare alcuni giorni; pulito.
  Posizione fronte mare con accesso alla spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada, ristoranti in zona (anche all'interno del palazzo) e market; ATM all'entrata del palazzo.

  What could be improved: Il monolocale era al 22simo piano e al 30simo si trova un locale disco-bar. L'insonorizzazione era buona ma non perfetta.

  I stayed at this apartment during my trip to Batumi and really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, so I didn’t need to use a car much at all. Everything I wanted to see was pretty much within walking distance.
  
  The apartment was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning kept the place cool, which was great because it got pretty warm during the day. The balcony was a nice bonus — perfect for relaxing in the evening.
  
  The host was friendly and helpful, always quick to respond if I had any questions. Overall, it felt like a safe and easy place to stay. Would definitely book it again next time I’m in Batumi!

  Всё понравилось, самое лучше местоположение в Батуми! Хозяин супер вежливый и порядочный. Сама квартира очень хорошая, большая кухня, барная стойка, есть ванна и удобная кровать в спальне. Вид с балкона прямо на море. В квартире было всё для приготовления еды. Отдельная спальня и гостинная с двумя раскладывающимися диванами. Как приехал, сразу получил карточку для входа на ресепшене и заселился. Выселение
