The two-room setup actually works really well if you’re traveling with family or just want space to spread out (which, let’s face it, we all do after being cramped in planes and trains). The kitchen area isn’t huge, but it’s functional enough that you could make breakfast or store leftovers from one of those massive Georgian meals.

Here’s what I appreciated most – the whole experience felt refreshingly straightforward. No pretentious lobby nonsense, no pushy upselling, just a clean, well-maintained apartment that does exactly what it promises. The 9.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’re there because while it’s not trying to be fancy, everything works properly and the space is genuinely comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the building itself feels secure, and honestly, there’s something kind of cool about staying in what feels like a local residential tower rather than a touristy hotel zone. If you’re the type who likes having a home base to explore from rather than being pampered 24/7, this setup is actually ideal – you get your own space, killer views, and you’re still right in the heart of everything Batumi has to offer.
