I was expecting just another decent seaside rental, but this place actually delivers on that whole “romantic” promise they put right in the name. The apartment sits in this sleek tower right on Rustaveli Avenue – and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you tried. You’re literally steps from Batumi’s main drag with all the cafes and that gorgeous seaside boulevard, but high enough up that you don’t get the street noise that can drive you crazy in Georgian coastal towns.

The sea view is the real star here, though. I mean, you wake up and there’s this massive stretch of Black Sea right outside your windows – not some tiny sliver you have to crane your neck to see. The apartment itself feels more upscale than your typical three-star setup, probably because it’s in one of the newer buildings in the area. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the market downstairs and have breakfast on the balcony (which, trust me, you’ll want to do at least once). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Rustaveli can be pretty lively during the day, but by evening it settles down nicely.

The whole Porta Batumi Tower building feels solid and well-maintained, which isn’t always a given when you’re booking apartments in resort towns. Check-in was straightforward, and the host actually gave us some useful tips about parking – there’s decent street parking if you’re driving, but it fills up fast during summer weekends. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit slow when the building’s busy, but honestly, that’s pretty typical for newer high-rises in this part of town. For couples looking for something special without the full resort hotel experience, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly. You get the privacy and space of your own apartment, but with those killer views and a location that puts you right in the heart of everything Batumi has to offer.

  The well-outfitted apartment has good space and is stylishly decorated, like new. The host offers amenities hard to find in top hotels at times, like bathrobes and slippers and ear plugs. The kitchen is well outfitted, with pots and pans, cooking utensils, good knives (plus cutting boards), settings for four, and even a colander, plus dishwashing liquid and sponge. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage space in the two bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size, with shelving to put toiletry items, lots of towels, and gel in the shower. The view is special looking out on the beach/ boulevard as well as Alphabet Tower and the dancing fountains. The building is just a few minutes walk to central Batumi, the ferris wheel and boat docks, or the Boulevard.
  
  What could be improved: At times we could hear the next door neighbor making some noise as the walls seem thin, but the evenings were very quiet for sleeping. Parking is not included with the apartment but we were able to find free spaces along the adjacent street.

  Идеальное место, прекрасный вид на море из окон, красивая, стильная и удобная квартира, все продуманно, нечего добавить в пожелание ) для меня была важна тишина ночью и высота этажа + хорошие окна эффективно гасили ночной шум заведений внизу. Иногда слышались приглушенные басы музыки, но на объекте были очень хорошие беруши и даже мой чувствительный сон ничего не нарушало. Очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный хозяин. Мы попросили пляжные полотенца и более мягкую подушку и они были предоставлены.
