I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Premium apartments – the star of Batumi Palace, I thought it sounded a bit over the top. But you know what? After staying there on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I actually get why they chose such a bold name. This four-star place really does feel like you’re living in some sort of palace, at least by apartment standards.

The location is what really got me excited though. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the main boulevard where all the action happens, but tucked away enough on this quieter street that you won’t hear the late-night revelers stumbling back from the casinos. I mean, Batumi can get pretty wild during summer nights, so that’s actually a huge plus. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I had this corner unit that felt more like a proper flat than a hotel room, with a kitchen that I actually used (rare for me when traveling) and windows that looked out toward the sea if you craned your neck just right.

What impressed me most was how they’ve managed to blend that Georgian hospitality with modern amenities without it feeling forced. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable, and they know the city well enough to give you real recommendations – not just the obvious tourist spots. They told me about this little khachapuri place around the corner that I never would have found otherwise. The building itself has this solid, well-maintained feel that you don’t always get with newer properties in the area. Sure, the elevator is a bit slow and the WiFi can be spotty in the early evenings when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, these are minor gripes. The 9.6 rating makes perfect sense once you settle in for a few days – it’s one of those places where the little thoughtful touches (good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually work, a proper coffee maker) add up to something special. If you’re planning to spend more than just a night or two in the area, this feels like a place where you can actually live comfortably, not just crash between sightseeing sessions.

  Nice apartment close to the pebble beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great terrace with a nice view. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is avaliable via Whatsapp all the time and they resolve any questions. Wifi working. The apartments also has a hair dryer and a washing machine (no washing powder), large fridge and freezer and air-con. No problems with the elevators. The apartment is on the 9th floor. Would return!
  
  What could be improved: The washing machine needs leveling. Some washing powder would be nice.

  The apartment was luxurious and nicely furnished. The heating worked perfectly and the bathroom had sufficient immensities including a bidet! The location is perfect since there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and taxis are readily available.

  The communication with the host via WhatsApp was friendly and easy and I felt well taken care of. The view was just amazing. The washing machine and kitchen also allow a longer stay, which is nice. Definitely recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Some minor stuff: In the kitchen I recommend to provide some salt and a spatula for the pan. For the desk I recommend a desk lamp in case one has to work.
