  Квартира находится в удобном месте. Нас было пятеро, две семейные пары и взрослый сын, нужно было ,как минимум, три спальни и комната ,в которой можно всем собраться, в общем-то это и определило наш выбор. Для нас все было удобно, в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, не все в идеальном состоянии, конечно, но это мелочи.В целом , мы остались довольны.Нам надо было заселиться чуть раньше указанного времени, хозяева пошли на встречу и всегда были в контакте, если возникали вопросы.
  
  What could be improved: Возможно кого-то напугает шум доносящийся с улицы, город долго не засыпает, а в последнюю ночь под нашими окнами в одно стекло произошла какая-то авария, ее устраняли до утра и до утра не удалось сомкнуть глаз)))Ну, от этого никто не застрахован))) Окна многих квартир и домов в Грузии отличаются от тех, к которым мы привыкли, я на это смотрю сквозь пальцы и стараюсь не зацикливаться, ведь приехали за положительными эмоциями и за отдыхом.

  Это трёхкомнатная квартира в доме недалеко от центра. Когда-то там жили сами хозяева, и вся обстановка, мебель осталась с тех пор. Отопление – газовая печь в стене. В дальней спальне электрический обогреватель. Горячая вода – газовый котёл. Есть кондиционер, но мы им не пользовались, не сезон. Есть большой обеденный стол и ещё стеклянный стол поменьше – можно нормально и пообедать, и поработать. Комнат много: зал, столовая, кухня, две спальни. Хотя спальных мест – всего две двуспальных кровати в двух спальнях. И две спальни – изолированные комнаты, остальные комнаты проходные. В столовой есть настоящий камин и огромные часы, которые бьют каждые полчаса. Большая часть мебели сделана на заказ, в том числе резные двери. Расположение хорошее, до бульвара метров сто. Рядом в том же доме магазин продуктов, пиццерия, и ресторанов-кафе тоже много вокруг.
  
  What could be improved: Мне всё понравилось. Комы-то, возможно, будут мешать часы с боем. Но я спал в соседней с ними комнате, и мне они не мешали.
