I mean, this three-star setup doesn’t look like much from the outside – it’s tucked into this modern complex that could easily be mistaken for just another residential building – but once you’re inside, it clicks why this place has such solid ratings.

The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a friend’s well-organized place than a typical hotel room. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge situation), which honestly saved me a fortune during my week in Batumi since Georgian restaurant portions can be, well, let’s say generous and my wallet wasn’t feeling that generous every night. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently – something I’ve learned not to take for granted in this part of the world – and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing, which was clutch during those humid July evenings. What really got me though was how quiet it stays despite being so close to the action. You’re literally a ten-minute walk from the Boulevard and the beach, maybe fifteen if you stop for khachapuri along the way (which you will, trust me), but the street itself doesn’t get the crazy tourist foot traffic that keeps you up all night.

The Mavi Guest team runs a pretty tight ship too – they’re not hovering over you, but when I had questions about getting to the cable car or needed recommendations for decent wine that wouldn’t break the bank, they actually knew what they were talking about instead of just handing me a generic brochure. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The building’s elevator works consistently (again, not always a given), and honestly, for the price point you’re paying, the value equation makes a lot of sense. It’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s clean, functional, and positioned well enough that you can actually experience Batumi like someone who lives there rather than just bouncing between overpriced tourist traps near the waterfront.

  Все понравилось, чисто, свежо, кондиционер работает. С балкона красивый вид на море и на закат. Висит локер у двери, поэтому избежал очереди на ресепшене 😁!
