I mean, being on the 14th floor helps with noise anyway, but the neighborhood itself has this nice residential vibe where you’ll see locals going about their daily business rather than just clusters of tourists. The elevator works fine – which, honestly, I was a bit worried about given how high up it is – and there’s usually decent parking around the building if you’re driving.

What really struck me about this place was how it manages to feel like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The views from up there are genuinely spectacular; you get this sweeping look over Batumi’s mix of old Soviet-era buildings and the newer glass towers, with glimpses of the Black Sea beyond. Early morning coffee with that view? Pretty hard to beat. The apartment itself is well-maintained and surprisingly spacious – definitely more room than you’d get in most traditional hotels for the price point. The kitchen setup is practical if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets (there’s a good one not too far away near the old town area) and cook something simple. I actually found myself doing that more than I expected, partly because the local tomatoes and herbs were so good, and partly because it felt natural in this kind of setting. The 9.8 rating makes total sense when you experience the place – it’s clearly run by people who care about the details and respond quickly when guests need anything. Sure, it’s not going to have a fancy lobby or room service, but if you’re looking for a comfortable, authentic base to explore Batumi without paying resort prices, this spot delivers in ways that surprised me.

  Чистая и красивая квартира, эстетически приятно в ней находиться. Кондиционер работал отлично. Лифт в начале сентября вообще не приходилось ждать – их 3, и движение очень быстрое.
  Посуда, микроволновка, чайник, в ванной комнате – шампунь и жидкое мыло. Есть стиральная машина. Ещё и комплимент был по приезду😊.
  Чистое и мягкое белье и длинные одеяла – супер.
  Очень приятное общение ответственной за квартиру девушки, на все вопросы мы быстро получали ответы.
  
  What could be improved: Матрас мы любим пожестче и кровать пошире, 180 см, но это субъективно.
  Соотношение цена-качество хорошее, на наш взгляд.

  Kelios minutės iki jūros pėsčiomis, pro langą matosi jūra ir aukšti viešbučiai apšviesti naktį. Švaru, gražu ir tvarkinga. Gera vieta trumpai ar ilgesnei viešnagei.
