I mean, you can see the whole stretch from your room anyway, including the weird and wonderful mix of Soviet-era buildings and those flashy new constructions that have been popping up everywhere. The street itself is pretty quiet, which surprised me since you’re so close to everything. I stayed there in July (peak season madness) and still managed to sleep well most nights.

What really sets this place apart is that apartment feel – you’ve got proper space to spread out, a kitchen if you want to hit up the local markets, and balconies that actually make sense given those views. The building’s modern enough that the elevators work reliably (trust me, this matters when you’re on the 20-something floor), and there’s decent parking if you’re brave enough to drive in Georgian traffic. The staff speaks English well enough, though honestly, most interactions happen via messaging these days anyway. One thing to note – and this isn’t really a complaint – but the wind can get pretty intense up there. I loved it, especially in the summer heat, but if you’re not into that constant sea breeze thing, maybe consider it. Also, while the rating of 8.6 seems about right, don’t expect hotel-level daily service since it’s more of an extended-stay setup. But honestly? For the views alone and that sense of having your own little aerie above the Black Sea, it’s pretty special. You’ll spend way more time on that balcony than you planned.

  Понравилось абсолютно все , и так по порядку : во первых от аэропорта 5-7 мин доехать очень близко , да и до центра старого города так же от 7-10 мин мак за 300₽ . Во вторых , читал много отзывов про ожидания лифтов , но в данном комплексе ожидание по 10-20 секунд , лифты быстро ходят . В третих апартаменты видовые, видно парк , море и закат и рассвет и все сразу 😂 В номере очень чисто , аккуратно сделан ремонт , поломанного ничего нет , посуда есть, все принадлежности до ванной тоже , стиралка и все такое -все очень четко . но особая благодарность хозяйке , самой добродушной , спасибо ей огромное за предоставленный беззаботный отдых от всяких бытовых вопросов, все решает и ни в чем нет отказов . Для отдыха самое верное решение было остановится тут, так как прозондировал очень много аппартов, отзывов и не прогадал. Спасибо за все 😎👏Белиссимо

  Хорошее место, шикарный вид и за него стоит простить минусы! Есть парковочные бесплатные места, высокий этаж (вроде 27), есть кухня, стиральная машина. В целом все здорово, точно получите хорошие впечатления. Остальные здания с видом на стройку, в любом случае селиться в это здание и с этим видом, желательно повыше.
  
  What could be improved: Главное. 1) Конструктивный провал на балконах – отсутствие ограждений, они формальные, отсюда критическая слышимость, если в соседнем номере компания или событие, будете слышать все, будете невольно участвовать без вариантов. У нас в соседнем номере 1 ночь жила молодежь, которая плотно пила водку до 3х ночи. 2я ночь была пара, сидели все на балконах, переглядывались. Короче будете знать, слышать всех кто рядом. Но так во всех апартаментах, так что примите как факт. 2) Грязновато было в номере при заезде. Песок на полу мелкий, в углах. Но это опять же апартаменты, поэтому как повезет, владельца вы не увидите. 3) Матрац продавлен, есть фото в других отзывах.
