What really got me though was waking up to that Black Sea view every morning. There’s something about having your coffee while watching the waves that makes even the grumpiest traveler feel pretty zen. The sea breeze comes right through the windows, which is a godsend during those humid Batumi summers when the city can feel a bit stifling.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned without being stuck in the absolute chaos of the main tourist drag. Sherif Khimshiashvili Street gives you that sweet spot where you can walk to the beach in literally three minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds that come with being right on the boulevard. I found myself strolling down to the seaside promenade whenever I wanted some action, then retreating back to the apartment when I needed to recharge. The area has some solid local restaurants too – nothing fancy, but the kind of places where you can get proper Georgian food without the tourist markup. Honestly, after staying in my fair share of cramped hotel rooms over the years, having an actual apartment with separate spaces made such a difference. You can have a proper routine, cook breakfast if you want, or just sprawl out and plan your day without feeling cramped.   시설은 사진과 같이 완벽했습니다. 위치도 너무 좋았어요. 단점으로는 해변가와 너무 가까워 밤에 너무 소음이 심했어요. 또한 엘레베이터를 탑승하기 위해 너무 오랜 시간을 기다려야 합니다.

  Отличное местоположение отеля, первая линия, пляж в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Всё рядом, кафе, рестораны, остановки автобусов, моллы. 16-й этаж, что имеет свои преимущества-прекрасный вид с балкона, прохладно даже в самую жару. Рекомендую, однозначно.👍👍👍

  The apartment had all necessary amenities from towels to extra blankets and pillows. The room has a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, and an induction stove. The owner also provided pots and plates in case you wish to cook.
  Artem was exceptional and was available to answer many questions promptly. They were super helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Good rest makes a good trip even better and this accommodation definitely hits the mark.
  The beach is literally in front. All the famous attractions in batumi are nearby and very accessible. Easy to get taxis and the nearest bus stop is like 100m away.
  The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

  Чистые и просторные апартаменты на 16-м этаже с видом на море (вид просто сразил наповал). В апартаментах было чисто, и все необходимое: плита, чайник, стиральная машина, фен, холодильник, смарт тв и тп.
  Балкон особенно большой, так как по соседству с одной стороны техническое помещение.
  
  
  Персонал на ресепшен быстро заселил в номер. Большое спасибо владельцу! Быстро и понятно отвечал на все вопросы, очень доброжелательный, разрешил выехать чуть позже из номера, чтобы мы успели насладиться морем перед поездкой в Тбилиси.
  Планируем еще приехать в Батуми, тк нас поразил город) думаю, что в дальнейшем сами забронируем по возможности апартаменты и будем советовать друзьям, кто соберется приехать.
  
  What could be improved: Все прекрасно, единственное – иногда очень громко играет музыка у аттракционов и бывает трудно уснуть тем, кто привык засыпать в абсолютной тишине.

  В номере все продумано до мелочей. Есть даже гель для стирки, что не маловажно. Кондиционер, стиральная машинка, чайник – вся техника работает исправно. Владелец апартаментов Артём всегда был на связи. Без проблем заселил пораньше.

  The room was exactly like shown in the photos. It was clean enough.
  Facilities work without any problem.
  The host is friendly, I had difficulty paying the rental, he called me and explained steps.
  
  What could be improved: I am a kind of person who focuses more on negatives, so here they are:)
  The noise outside. There was a noise of disco somewhere nearby the building every night and made it difficult to sleep. Also an ongoing construction work started every morning at 9 AM, which made it again impossible to sleep.
  Moreover, the number of elevators are not enough in the building of Orbi City. Once we even waited for an elevator to come for 20 minutes and then took stairs down from 16th floor.
  We were three people, but only two slippers were provided for us in the room.
