I mean, Batumi can get pretty intense during peak season, especially down by the boulevard where all the hotels are stacked up like dominoes. But this three-star spot feels more like staying in someone’s actual neighborhood, if that makes sense. The building itself is one of those Soviet-era structures that’s been given a decent makeover – nothing fancy, but the apartment I stayed in had this massive balcony that caught the morning sun perfectly (hence the “sunrise” thing, I guess). The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped too, which came in handy since there’s this little produce market just two blocks down where locals actually shop. You’ll see babushkas there every morning picking through the best tomatoes and arguing about prices in Georgian – it’s the real deal.

What really sold me on the place was how the owner, this friendly guy named Giorgi, actually lives in the building and genuinely cares about the property. He met me at check-in with homemade chacha (Georgian brandy – fair warning, it’s strong) and spent twenty minutes drawing little maps of his favorite spots around the city. The Wi-Fi was solid, the hot water never quit on me, and the bed was comfortable enough that I overslept twice. Sure, the elevator makes this concerning grinding noise, but it’s been doing that for probably fifteen years and still works fine. The 8.1 rating makes total sense – it’s not luxury, but it’s honest and well-maintained. Plus, you’re actually staying where Batumi people live, not in some tourist bubble. The real charm is walking back from dinner through these tree-lined streets where kids are playing football and grandparents are sitting on benches gossiping about the neighbors. It feels like you’re getting a peek behind the curtain of this fascinating seaside city that’s changing so fast but still holds onto its character in the quiet corners.

  Классное расположение, 2 минуты до моря! Общительная хозяйка, всегда на связи, разрешила раньше заселиться )))
  Рядом есть все , магазины, кафе и тд. Аэропорт максимум минут 10 на такси.

  Понравилось расположение отеля, действительно близко к морю, буквально 3 мин через наземный переход. Район хороший, тише чем в районе Орби, если хотите спокойнее отдых, то лучше жить в конце бульвара. Рядом есть магазины, в том числе и с готовой едой, с выпечкой.
  
  What could be improved: Рядом с отелем идёт стройка другого дома, ну в принципе в окрестностях там много строящихся домов, балкона нет, окно выходит на стройку.
  Сама квартира "уставшая", на первый взгляд всё хорошо, но все-таки генеральная уборка бы не помешала, грязь в ящиках, на поверхностях. Кухонных принадлежностей мало, не было даже тряпочки для стола, нет микроволновки. Апартаменты все- таки снимают с учётом пользоваться кухней, а здесь много чего не хватает, и кстати, в Грузии уже снимали аппарты, где всё необходимое было, так что пожелание на будущее, вместо шампуней и турки, положите лопатку для сковородки, ложку десертную и т. Д. А так в целом нормально, хозяйка хорошая.

  Чистый номер, новая мебель, кухня.
  Душевая огорожена.
  Отличный матрас!
  В отеле есть столовая на 1м этаже. Если кому лень готовить, то можно спуститься и перекусить. В номере есть холодильник и плита, чтобы готовить самостоятельно.
  Очередей у лифта нет.
  До моря пешком 3 минуты!
  Длинная набережная, где можно провожать солнце и наслаждаться морем.
