  Facilities are great. Nino took good care of us. It's always helpful. Rooms were cosy and have all the amenities to cook food, to wash clothes, etc. We enjoyed our stay overall.
  
  What could be improved: A couple of things.
  
  1: Pillows and mattresses are too flat. Requested for extra pillows, but they had limitation.
  
  2: In booking.com , the locations shows, it's in center of batumi city but in reality, it's 15-20 mins drive away and due to super congestion, it always took 40-50 mins to reach back from city center to hotel back.
  
  I felt it's unfair when the location shows it's in the centre of the city, but in reality, it is far away.

  I’m satisfied with out stay at the hotel. Most kind and helpful staff, the manager always asked if we need anything.
  The room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.
  Located pretty far from the city center but we expected this. It’s easy to get there by a taxi or public transport.
  
  What could be improved: There’s no sponge or liquid for washing dishes in the room.

  The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms have kitchens and everything is new. What I missed were utensils for washing dishes, as the kitchen has everything that is necessary for cooking.
  
  What could be improved: The district is outside Batumi so you need a car but what I was generally missing was a coffee place close or at the hotel. Georgia generally doesn't have good coffee so something like that is needed.
