The family running the place – they’re locals who actually know the city, not just the tourist spots everyone talks about. They pointed me toward this little café about two blocks away that I never would have found otherwise, and gave me the real scoop on which beaches are less crowded in the afternoons. Being on Adlia Street means you’re close enough to walk to the cable car station when you want those mountain views, but you’re also an easy stroll from the old town area where the real character of the city lives. I stayed here during shoulder season in late September, and the whole neighborhood had this perfect mix of locals going about their daily business and just enough tourists to keep things interesting. The building itself is well-maintained – no sketchy elevators or weird smells in the hallways – and parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting. Honestly, for the price point and the fact that you get an actual apartment instead of a cramped hotel room, this place delivers way more than you’d expect.

  Апартаменты просторные, отдыхали семьей 2-е взрослых и 2-е детей. Фото на сайте соответствует реальности. Все было чисто в каждой комнате был телевизор и кондиционер. Просторный балкон. Море в шаговом доступе. Хорошая хозяйка. Нам подсказала где можно покушать, куда сходить и тд. Нам вообще повезло с хозяйкой, тк нас кинули с апартаментами в ORBI и мы были вынуждены в срочном порядке искать новое жилье. Хозяйка подъехала в течении 15 мин и заселила нас. Спасибо ей за огромное.
