The building itself is part of that whole Orbi City development, so everything feels pretty modern and well-maintained. What surprised me most was how quiet the apartments are – I was worried about street noise, but the windows are actually decent quality. The three-star rating might make you think basic, but the spaces are genuinely comfortable. Each apartment has a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge situation), which is perfect if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and have breakfast on your own terms.

Here’s what I really appreciated – the staff doesn’t hover, but they’re genuinely helpful when you need them. Check-in was straightforward, no drama, and they actually gave useful local recommendations instead of just pointing toward the obvious tourist spots. The apartments themselves have this clean, minimalist vibe that feels more like staying in a friend’s place than a hotel. Sure, it’s not luxury, but everything works properly – the wifi is solid, the air conditioning actually cools the place down, and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with rocks all night.   Доброго времени суток! Хочется оставить здесь свои впечатления от проживания в данных апартаментах. Все понравилось, начиная с возможности раннего заселения по предварительному звонку. Это подкупает, особенно если ты после восьмичасового ночного трансфера из Тбилиси прибываешь рано утром и есть возможность упасть в кровать. Кстати, матрас удобный, белье чистое, полотенец хватает. И вообще хозяин апартаментов очень отзывчивый и если чего-то не хватало или что-то ломалось в течении максимум суток вопрос решался. В нашем номере была даже стиральная машина, а так же микроволновка, варочная панель и все необходимое для готовки еды. Кондиционер замечательно справлялся с жарой.
  Расположение: от пляжа пару минут, дорогу перейти и ты у моря.
  Вид из окна особенно на закате волшебный! У нас окна выходили набережную в сторону гостиницы Marriott, утром спокойное море шуршало, а вечером подсветка набережной и респектабельных отелей оригинальной формы радовало глаз!
  При заселение на руки выдается один электронный ключ от номера. При необходимости за небольшую доплату можно сделать еще ключ, например если вы возвращаетесь в номер в разное время.
  Завтракали мы в номере, а обедать и ужинать ходили в ближайшие кафе, их там предостаточно на любой вкус и кошелек. Но в здании, кажется на 40м этаже есть свой ресторан. Для таких кофеманов как я рядом есть кофейня Cork с достойным кофе и бар с разливным Итальянским просекко из аппарата!
  
  What could be improved: Ну и единственный минус, не зависящий от собственника апартаментов это очереди у лифтов! В здании 50 этажей, из них действующих 47, а лифтов 12. Если ты выходишь утром в районе 8 часов, то спуститься можно за пару минут, но вот потом начинаются пробки, можно зависнуть от 5 до 10 минут. Поэтому мой искренний совет, при бронировании в пожеланиях указывать этаж пониже. Да у вас не будет такого шикарного вида из окна (у нас был 31 и 21 этаж) но вы не будете терять много времени на путь между номером и пляжем.

  Everything is good 👍The location is the best in Batumi, it's very close to the sea (first line), 2-3 minutes to the beach. Apartments are great, very clean and cozy, with excellent seaview. You will have all necessary items, including hairdryer, iron and washing machine. And the owner Levan is very friendly and polite, cute man that can solve every problem if you will have it. But really you will have only pleasure and relax! Enjoy Batumi staying in this apartments)
