  What could be improved: Морозильник не разморожен. В аппартаментах отсутствуют средства для мытья посуды. Мне не повезло с соседями: в номере, расположенном ниже, всю неделю собака испоражнялась на балкон. Постоялец это или временный гость – не ясно. Нет рычагов давления на таких "людей" на уровне администрации, это – плохо. Ценник завышен.
