The rooms themselves are spacious by Batumi standards – I had one of the higher floors facing the sea, and honestly, watching the sunset paint the Black Sea while sipping coffee from the little balcony made up for a lot. The bathrooms are modern and actually have decent water pressure (not always a given in this part of the world), though the rainfall showerhead is one of those that sounds fancier than it feels.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even with the windows open – the street doesn’t get the late-night foot traffic and music you’ll deal with if you stay closer to the casino district. The breakfast spread is solid without being spectacular, lots of Georgian staples mixed with international options, though they tend to run low on the good stuff if you’re not an early riser. Location-wise, you’re far enough from the tourist chaos to actually sleep, but close enough that you can walk to Batumi Boulevard, the cable car station, or those wild modern buildings that make the skyline look like something from a sci-fi movie. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle – there’s a small lot but it fills up fast, so you might find yourself circling the block a few times if you’re driving. The hotel’s earned its 8.5 rating honestly, I think – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what most people want from a Batumi stay: clean, comfortable, well-located, and professional without breaking the bank.

  The hotel is within walking distance from Batumi airport, very convenient for an overnight stay before a morning flight. Classic room without any drawbacks, the balcony overlooks the runway, which allows you to watch the planes (if you are interested :), and there is almost no noise.

  I liked that hotel rooms are spacious. The fridges in the rooms are the best. Receptionist Pach is a very positive person who can help you with your issues related to the hotel. He also understandable in detail introduced all info which you need to know about the hotel.
