  Апартаменты расположены в самом центре, очень удобно добираться. В апартаментах было все для комфортного проживания: бытовая техника: стиральная машина, пылесос, кофеварка, чайник, плита, фен…
  Достаточное количество подушек, одеял и полотенец.

  Перед вселением вы получите информацию по вселению в апартаменты от хозяйки я общался по WhatsApp,вот в здание с внутренней стороны есть вывеска reception,ключи нас ждали locker возле входа в лифт,сам locker не с первого раза удалось открыть вы там постарайтесь также вы получите код от хозяйки.есть парковка в низу но лифта там нет так что придется подняться по лестнице.апартаменты находится на 12 -ом этаже,вид есть на горы и на аллею с фонтанами,а также видно чуть-чуть море.расположение не плохое не далеко от моря,не далеко от ресторанов но до старого города километров три пешком минут 30 или такси компанией bolt очень хорошо работает в Батуми.Квартира чистая есть кондиционер один в салоне но было достаточно,кровати удобные но не длинные думаю 180 небольшие я со своим ростом 190 ноги торчали.со спальни Вид на горы в далике и на стройку,во второй спальне две кровати по отдельности но также можно вместе поставить.не большая кухня с баром принадлежности для кухни .есть балкон но на балконе очень жарко за наружного кондиционера который стоит на балконе как-то не продумано, душ достаточно хорош напор силинный вода обогревается газом та что с этим нет проблем.были не которые нюансы но хозяйка быстро их решила
  
  What could be improved: На балконе очень жарко, 4 человека и три вилки,не было маленький рюмок пришлось пить чачу с больших стаканов так и можно и нажраться.мыло в кухне почти не было.за эту цену в Батуми можно и уделить больше внимания на детали,так как у меня есть большой опыт и мне есть с чем сравнивать,

  سوبرماركت في نفس المبنى
  قريبة من البحر
  الملاك محترمين ومتعاونين يكون التواصل واتساب باللغة الإنجليزية
  
  What could be improved: ليست مشكلة كبيرة ولكن إجراءات الدخول ذاتية تحتاج إدخال رقم سري لأخذ المفتاح وكذلك للمصعد
  كذلك لا يوجد مصعد من المواقف إلى الغرفة
  يجب صعود درج صغير للطابق الأرضي لذلك الأفضل إنزال الحقائب قبل وضع السيارة في المواقف
