When I first walked into E-Home Batumi, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a standard apartment building on Pushkin Street. But then the elevator whisked me up to the 15th floor, and — wow. This four-star property sits high enough that you get these sweeping views over Batumi that immediately make you forget about the modest entrance downstairs. The whole setup feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed place than a traditional hotel, which I actually found refreshing after so many cookie-cutter places.

The Location Sweet Spot

You know what’s great about Pushkin Street? It’s right in that perfect zone where you’re close to everything but not drowning in tourist chaos. I could walk to the Boulevard and the beach in about ten minutes, hit up the old town’s cafes without breaking a sweat, and still come back to a relatively quiet street when I needed to decompress. The fact that couples rate this location so highly makes total sense — there’s something romantic about being tucked away on a residential street while still having the whole city at your fingertips. Plus, there’s actual parking on site, which anyone who’s driven in Batumi will tell you is basically a small miracle.

The Room Experience

My room felt spacious and lived-in in the best possible way — like someone had actually thought about how people use a space rather than just making it look pretty for photos. The kitchen setup was particularly useful since Georgian meals can be heavy, and sometimes you just want to grab some fresh fruit from the market and make yourself a simple breakfast. The views from up here are honestly spectacular, especially in the evening when the city lights start twinkling and you can see the Black Sea stretching out toward the horizon.

What Makes It Work

The staff here gets that balance between being helpful and not hovering — they’re around when you need them but they’re not constantly checking if you need fresh towels or whatever. I mean, this isn’t a resort where someone’s going to plan your day for you, but that’s exactly what I liked about it. It feels like you’re actually living in Batumi for a few days rather than just passing through. The building itself is modern enough that everything works properly (the Wi-Fi, the hot water, the air conditioning), but it doesn’t have that sterile hotel vibe that can make you feel disconnected from the city outside.

That 9.5 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen — you can feel why people keep coming back here. It’s the kind of place where you wake up, make coffee in your own little kitchenette, and plan your day while looking out over one of the most beautiful cities on the Black Sea coast.   Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Всегда на связи. Чистая маленькая квартира. Есть всё необходимое. Красивый вид из окна на горы.
  
  What could be improved: Мы были в августе. Несколько дней шли проливные дожди. Несколько раз отключали электричество. Мы возвращались вечером домой, с несколькими сумками с продуктами. Их-за того, что вырубило электричество, отключился лифт. Квартира находится на 15 этаже. Пришлось идти на 15 этаж с сумками пешком!. Плохая звукоизоляция. Слышно всё, что происходит у соседей дома. Квартира находится на улице со строительными магазинами.. Почти как на строительном рынке.

  Одна из самых удобных квартир, в которых приходилось останавливаться. Прекрасные, душевные хозяева. Все очень продумано для удобства. Плита с газовыми и одной электрической конфоркой. Есть электрический чайник. Один день было прохладно, включили подогрев полов, очень понравилось!!! Я спала на раскладном диване, было удобно..И очень важно для нас, что в квартире был рабочий стол для ноутбука и удобное кресло. Фото на сайте полностью соответствуют. Квартира расположена недалеко от старого города и достопримечательностей. Из окон прекрасный вид на горы, вагончики канатной дороги оживляют пейзаж. 700 метров до хорошего сетевого магазина Carrefour.Мелких магазинов много возле дома. С удовольствием остановлюсь ещё.
  
  What could be improved: Все понравилось. Не хватало микроволновой печи. Иногда не работал лифт. Надо было подождать включения. Этаж 15. Мы не ждали. Для кого-то может это важно. Мы не считаем это недостатком самой квартиры.

  Obiekt był czysty z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Ładny widok z balkonu na góry. Właściciel był bardzo miły i dobrze porozumiewał się w języku angielskim.
