Batumi View Luxury Overview
Batumi View Luxury sits right on Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to actually experience Batumi rather than just pass through it. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Alphabetic Tower – you know, that quirky DNA-shaped thing that’s become the city’s unofficial symbol – and the boulevard with all its dancing fountains is right there too.
What struck me most about this four-star place wasn’t the lobby (though it’s pretty sleek), but how the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the cable car, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward a tourist map – he told me which marshrutka to catch and warned me that the 15-minute walk to the station gets pretty steep toward the end. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t expect from hotel staff, but it made all the difference. The rooms themselves are modern in that understated way that works well in Batumi’s humid climate – lots of clean lines, decent air conditioning that actually keeps up with the summer heat, and windows that open properly if you prefer the sea breeze. I stayed on the sixth floor and could catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the newer apartment buildings, which honestly felt more authentic than those postcard views you get from the beachfront hotels.
The breakfast situation is solid without being fancy – fresh khachapuri alongside the usual continental spread, and they actually know how to make proper Georgian coffee, not just that instant stuff. What I really appreciated was how quiet the place stays at night, even though you’re in the heart of the city. Batumi can get pretty lively after dark, especially during summer when the seaside concerts kick off, but something about the street orientation keeps most of the noise away from the hotel side. Parking was easier than I expected too – there’s a small lot behind the building, and the reception can sort you out with a spot for about 10 lari a night. You’ll want to book that ahead though, especially if you’re visiting during the August festival season when the whole city basically doubles in size. The 8.3 rating this place has earned feels about right – it’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in Batumi, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re exploring a city like this.

What could be improved: With booking no breakfast…Wonderful – Khaled from United Arab Emirates – October 11, 2024 (9/10)
The location is great, just on the beach. Ease access to the bus stop. We had an upgrade to the room on the 13th floor with a kitchenette and washing machine. The staff is very helpful. A very pleasant balcony with great sea view. The room is very clean and comfortable.
I would like to come again.
What could be improved: The waiting time for the elevator was long as most of the time, only one elevator out of two was working. A coffee machine is required in the breakfast as only hot water is available.Wonderful – Agam from India – October 4, 2024 (9/10)
Very clean and well managed place.
Sea view from the balcony (we were lucky to get a room in the 11th floor).
The room was really large and comfortable.Very nice place to stay in… – Obaeda from United Arab Emirates – September 24, 2024 (9/10)
Perfect location, big room, easy access to city
What could be improved: View, Building in front.Great view from the balcony! – Milla from Finland – September 4, 2024 (9/10)
The apartment looks just the same as in the pictures! Beds are comfy and the balcony is super great. Good value for the money! Complimentary water every day was a nice thing. ☺️
What could be improved: Bathroom was a little small and the water from the shower got the floor all wet, because there is no curtain or anything.
Also the water power is very low, but I guess it is normal in this country.Ok – Ibrahim from Germany – August 5, 2024 (8/10)

Location and the fabulous view of the sea
What could be improved: No kitchenWonderful – Bekhzod from Georgia – July 20, 2024 (9/10)
Nice view and location. Easy access to the beach. Good/new furniture. Free parking. Number of groceries and cafes next to the hotel.
What could be improved: During the booking process, it was stated that I can consider the breakfast and “Pay 25 GEL at the property for breakfast”. However, the breakfast price at the property was 40 GEL. Reception rejected the 25 GEL price and informed me that I supposed to pre-pay it via Booking and not at the property.Great location, good rooms! – Talib from India – June 19, 2024 (8/10)
Great location and good rooms in an upscale environment. Just the right distance from the ORBI madness in new boulevard.
What could be improved: The night staff blatantly refused for 1 extra pillow. The boys were just lazy, upon pleading by my partner, they delivered one.
The day staff was helpful.
