I mean, yes, you get that gorgeous sea view – and honestly, from the 9th floor on Kobaladze Street, it’s pretty spectacular – but there’s so much more going on here that makes it feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special in Batumi.

First off, this three-star place punches way above its weight class. The moment you walk in, you realize this isn’t your typical hotel setup. It’s actually a proper apartment, which means you’ve got a full kitchen (thank god, because Georgian breakfasts can get heavy after a few days), a living area where you can actually spread out, and that bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Black Sea. I spent way too many mornings just standing there with my coffee, watching the cargo ships drift by and the early joggers on the beach below. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there – whoever runs this place clearly gets what travelers actually want.

What I love about the location is that Kobaladze Street puts you right in this sweet spot between the touristy waterfront and the real Batumi where locals hang out. You’re maybe a three-minute walk to the beach and all those wild modern buildings they’ve been putting up, but turn the other direction and you’ve got these amazing little Georgian restaurants and wine bars that most visitors never find. The building itself is newer, so you don’t have to deal with sketchy Soviet-era plumbing (always a concern in this part of the world), and the elevator actually works consistently. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on this street – it’s narrow and gets busy – but honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive much anyway. The apartment has everything you need to just… exist comfortably, you know? Good wifi for when you need to work or upload photos, a washing machine that saved me from packing half my wardrobe, and air conditioning that actually cools the place down during those humid summer evenings when the sea breeze isn’t quite enough. I think what surprised me most was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re so close to the action. Sure, you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but by 10 PM it settles down nicely.

  Всё очень понравилось, было чисто, все удобства есть, трудно добавить что-то новое к предыдущим отзывам. Есть газ, что очень удобно, на балконе есть столик с креслами, их не было на фотках, потому я очень обрадовалась, что могу выпить кофе на балконе и при этом любоваться видом на море, вид очень красивый. Близко к морю, в корпусе есть магазин с готовой едой и недорогими ценами, жаль, что мы его увидели перед отъездом, но вы не пропустите. Хозяева всегда на связи, очень теплые и внимательные, хочу их поблагодарить. Рекомендую. Приедем сюда опять снова.

  Просторная чистая студия с видом на море. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяева на связи, быстрое заселение. Всё удобно, всё понравилось.

  Удобное расположение, студия чистая и уютная. Кровать и матрас комфортны . Для желающих кушать дома имеется все необходимое : посуда, плита, микроволновка. В самом доме , за углом находится лучший в городе ресторан «Гурманд» с живой музыкой после 20:00 в. Горячая вода , чистые полотенца , тепло в квартире можно настроить самому. Имеется стиральная машина в ванной. Сантехника вся новая . 19й этаж с красивым видом на закат солнца, но если боитесь высоты или есть резвые маленькие дети , то не выходите на балкон.
