The thing about staying here is that you’re really getting the best of both worlds in Batumi. I mean, you’re close enough to hear the Black Sea if you open your windows at night (which I actually loved – that subtle sound of waves is pretty relaxing), but you’re also right where the action is without being stuck in the chaos of the main tourist strip. The building itself is modern, clean lines and all that, but what got me was stepping onto the balcony and seeing this incredible mix of old Batumi architecture and new developments spreading out toward the water. It’s like watching the city reinvent itself in real time.

The apartments themselves are honestly more spacious than I expected – and I’ve stayed in my fair share of cramped European city accommodations. There’s this practical, lived-in feel that you don’t always get with hotels. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some Georgian cheese bread I picked up from a local bakery), and the Wi-Fi was solid enough that I could video call home without those awkward freezing moments. What I really appreciated, though, was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being in the heart of the city would mean constant noise, but the building seems well-insulated, and honestly, after walking around Batumi’s lively streets all day, that peaceful sleep was exactly what I needed. The staff were genuinely helpful too – not in that overly rehearsed hospitality way, but more like they actually cared about making sure you knew where to find the good khachapuri at 2 AM (which, let me tell you, is crucial information in Georgia). If you’re planning to explore beyond just the beachfront – maybe head up to the botanical garden or venture into some of the neighborhoods where locals actually hang out – this place gives you a real sense of what it’s like to live in Batumi, not just pass through it.

  Номер очень чистый, притяный, с видом! Очень комфортно, есть все удобства, поблизости тоже все – что нужно. Магазины, тц, заведения с вкусной едой и конечно же пляж;) Владелица на связи, приятная, идёт на встречу и все решаемо🫶🏻

  Впервые забронировала жильё без отзывов, как Новинку букинга. И не разочаровалась. Очень чисто, белоснежное бельё, удобные подушки, есть вся посуда. А какой шикарный вид!! Провела всё утро на балконе попивая кофе, это было шикарно. Хозяева очень приятные люди, встретили заселили, всё объяснили, всегда были на связи.
  
  What could be improved: В душевой кабине одна дверь не плотно закрывается, но в принципе это не мешало.
