What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being in central Batumi. You’d think being this high up in the city center would mean constant noise, but the soundproofing actually works pretty well.

Here’s the thing about staying here though – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Batumi Boulevard, and that seaside promenade is where you’ll probably spend most of your evenings anyway. The beach access is straightforward, though summer crowds can be intense (I learned that the hard way in July). The building itself has this modern feel that stands out against some of the older Soviet-era architecture in the area, and there’s something satisfying about watching the city wake up from that height each morning. The staff speaks decent English, check-in was surprisingly smooth, and they actually seem to know the neighborhood well enough to give solid restaurant recommendations. One small thing – the Wi-Fi can be spotty during peak hours, but honestly, with views like that, you might not mind disconnecting for a while.

  This is in orbi city but not run by them.Run as apartment and cheaper than other options.

  Budynek bardzo blisko morza, dokoła niezbędna infrastruktura. Mieszkanie na 40. piętrze, co prawda, żeby zobaczyć morze trzeba było się wychylić z balkonu, ale widok na miasto, m.in. stadion, był świetny. Bardzo szybki internet. Panowie w recepcji budynku bardzo pomocni.
  
  What could be improved: Budynki są wciąż w budowie, która trwa od rana do późnych godzin nocnych, to co oddano do użytku niekoniecznie działa jak należy. Windy jeżdżące bez wyraźnego podziału, zdarza się, że trzeba poczekać kilka minut na przyjazd, a podróż 40 pięter trwa kolejne kilka – nie radzę zamawiać taksówki z pokoju. Apartament na zdjęciach wyglądał schludnie, niestety panuje w nim lekki, nieprzyjemny zapach. Wydaje się, że klimatyzacji nigdy nie czyszczono. W budynku nie ma jednolitego systemu wentylacyjno-klimatyzacyjnego, więc w dwupokojowym mieszkaniu z salonem na balkonie 50% miejsca zajmują 3 agregaty. Pod prysznicem pleśń/grzyb, w pralce to samo. Byliśmy w czwórkę, co zaznaczono w rezerwacji, a mimo to przygotowano tylko dwa zestawy ręczników. Na pytanie o przygotowanie dla pozostałych gości gospodarz odpowiedział po kilku dniach, kiedy byliśmy już w drodze na lotnisko. Jakoś sobie poradziliśmy. W apartamencie jest kuchnia, ale proszę nie łudzić się na jej używanie, chyba, że będziecie mieli ze sobą własne sztućce, noże, itp. Ogólnie to mieszkanie zmarnowanego potencjału, gdyby zadbać o kilka szczegółów, sprawdzić skąd nieprzyjemny zapach, trochę inaczej skonstruować instalację klimatyzacji, pozbyć się pleśni, czasami użyć pralki i uzupełnić braki w kuchni to byłoby świetnie, a tak jest jak jest.
