This little studio apartment sits right on Zurab Gorgiladze Street, which honestly isn’t the fanciest address in Batumi, but here’s the thing – it’s actually perfectly positioned. You’re close enough to hear the sea when you open the windows (and trust me, you’ll want to keep them open), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep.

The “sea view” in the name isn’t just marketing fluff either. I mean, you’re not getting some massive panoramic postcard shot, but there’s definitely a slice of Black Sea visible from the window, especially if you lean out a bit. The studio itself is pretty compact – we’re talking eastern European efficiency here – but everything works, which honestly can’t be said for every place I’ve stayed in Georgia. The kitchen setup is basic but functional, perfect if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets instead of eating out every meal. What really impressed me was how clean everything was, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Sometimes these smaller places really pay attention to the details that matter.

The location grows on you once you figure out the neighborhood rhythm. Gorgiladze Street has this nice residential feel during the day, but it comes alive in the evenings with locals heading to the nearby cafes. There’s a decent grocery store about a five-minute walk away, and getting to the main beach strip takes maybe fifteen minutes on foot – totally doable, and you’ll burn off all that khachapuri along the way. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer season, but the owner actually helped us figure out the best spots where you won’t get hassled. The 9.6 rating makes sense when you consider it’s not trying to be something it’s not – it’s just a solid, no-nonsense place to crash with that bonus sea glimpse and a genuinely helpful host who knows the area inside out.

  Абсолютно случайно снова сняли апартаменты у хозяйна, у которого снимали ранее и это замечательно. Рады были увидеть его второй раз) Очень вежливый, внимательный, ответственный человек.
  До пляжа и прогулочной набережной от апартаментов 5 минут, рядом продуктовые, пара небольших ТЦ, 10 минут пешком по прямой и ваш ждёт длинная улица с вкусными ресторначиками, удобно добираться на 10 автобусе, который идёт вдоль всей набережной, также до таких мест как канатная дорога, дельфинарий, рыбный рынок, ботанический сад, аэропорт, вокзал и так далее

  What could be improved: Очень не хватает москитных сеток на окнах, так как много комаров и они нас сильно покусали. Локация классная, но шумная, это надо учитывать планируя свой отдых.

  Апартаменты расположены близко к морю, рядом вся необходимая инфраструктура. Номер просторный, кровать удобная вид прекрасны. Есть все необходимое.
  Хозяин очень внимательный и отзывчивый, заранее поинтересовался о времени приезда и организовал раннее заселение. Отсутствовал фен, но его привезли по первой просьбе.
