I mean, you can walk to the central areas without breaking a sweat, but you’re not dealing with street noise all night long. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel – you’ll see locals going about their day, small shops that aren’t trying to separate tourists from their money, that sort of thing.

I’ll be straight with you though – this isn’t some glossy hotel experience with a lobby full of marble and staff in uniforms. It’s more like staying at a really well-organized friend’s place, if that friend happened to have excellent taste and knew exactly what travelers actually need.   Прекрасная, чистая и комфортная квартира. Все на высшем уровне: мебель, белье, интерьер. Много мест для хранения вещей и масса полезных мелочей (зонты, аптечка, швейный набор и т.д.). Расположение очень удобное – тихое и спокойное место в центре Батуми, до всех необходимых локаций 10-20 минут пешком. Радушный прием и забота о клиентах (оставляли свои вещи до вечернего вылета). В общем, все понравилось. Спасибо большое!

  Классная квартира , современная чистая красивая!Все сделано со вкусом :)Отопление нас спасло – тк первые дни не повезло с погодой. И в квартире можно было самим выстроить комфортную нам температуру.Местоположение , рядом хорошее кафе с завтраками и кофе , до моря мин +- 10.
  Кроме отсутствия маленьких мелочей ( коврик в прихожей , пуфик так же в прихожей , коврик в ванной для ног) и сломанного ершика) -все было идеально !

  Красивые апартаменты, все очень удобно и множество приятных мелочей (утюг, пылесос, посуда, стильные бокалы и тд). И прекрасное расположение- 5-7 минут до пляжа, ресторанов, недалеко магазинчики с продуктами. При этом достаточно тихо, тк улица небольшая и односторонняя. С парковкой проблем нет, всегда можно найти место.
