• בית מעץ אמיתי, שירות נהדר מבעלת הבית, חופשה בבטומי אבל מיוחד יותר – Yankovitz from Israel – September 5, 2024 (10/10)

  זהו בית עץ אמיתי – 2 קומות מקסים, קומה תחתונה – מרפסת כניסה לבית, סלון מטבח וספה נוחה נפתחת למיטות. למעלה 2 חדרי שינה, מרחב נוסף לשימוש, וכן חדר שרותים ומקלחת, מרפסת בקומה השניה. נקי ומאובזר באופן יוצא דופן, הבית מתוחזק יפה. זהו בית נפרד ומאפשר פרטיות טובה, יש ערסל מאחורי הבית בין עצי פרי, אפרסקים אגסים וענבים, במתחם בצמוד ליד יש בריכה נקיה שהילדים נהנו לשהות בה. מקום לברביקיו, בעלת הבית (שגרה בבנין ליד באופן שאינו מפריע לפרטיות) היתה זמינה והשתדלה מאוד לספק מענה ולאפשר לנו חופשה טובה, יש תצפית לעיר, וכן במרחק הליכה של כ10 דקות לערך יש מקום קניות (BILLYON) דרך ההגעה לבית יפיפייה, הבית נמצא מספיק קרוב לעיר בנסיעה קצרה, כל יעד כ 10 דקות ומצד שני לא בתוך הפקקים של העיר, כך שאם רוצים לצאת לטיולים בסביבה או בהרים זה קל יותר.
  
  What could be improved: הייתי בסוף אוגוסט המזג אוויר היה חם בחוץ, ואני טיפוס חם, והמזגן לא הספיק לי, כדי לבקש מאוורר לחדרים למעלה. חוצמיזה אין תלונות, באמת שאין. חסר עץ ריח בשירותים 😉

  What could be improved: The landlord does not accept advance payment. You only reserve the house until you get there. The landlord increases the price of your house according to the daily stock exchange rate. For example; when I reserved the house 3 weeks ago, while it was 420 Euros for 1 week on Booking, the landlord took about 540 Euros from me until I got there. This is not ethical at all! You can pay the price you will pay for this house to hotels with better conditions.
  
  If you want to get to that house by car, the house is far from the center and you have to pass through very bad neighborhood roads.

  Отличный дом. Все удобства. Отдыхали 2-мя семьями. Разместились с комфортом! Рядом с домом парковочное место.

  الموقع جداً رائع. والاطلالة جميلة. الكثير من أشجار الفواكه. المكان فيه هدوء وراحة نفسية. واسع وفيه تكييف المطبخ مجهز بشكل ممتاز. صاحبة المكان السيدة ليلي سيدة كريمة ومتواضعة ومبتسمة دائماً. في كثير من المواقف قدمت لنا المساعدة حتى لو كنا خارج المنزل نتصل بها وتقوم بحل المشكلة.
  بكل تأكيد سوف نعود. شكراً ليلي.
  ملاحظة بسيطة لا ترقى الى ان تكون سلبية اتمنى النظر في مراتب السرير والمخدات من حيث الراحة هي نظيفة بلا شك لكن لو كانت أكثر ليونة يكون أفضل.
  الطريق الى المنزل ضيق لكن السائقين يجيدون التعامل معه في العودة لا تستخدم تطبيق التوصيل الأخضر سعره مرتفع جداً

  Реальный сруб в Батуми, редко такой встретишь. есть зона для барбекю. есть бассейн. отличный вид на Батуми. очень чисто. есть кондиционеры. Хозяева очень приятные люди.
