  Я мечтала о тишине, пространстве и дворике, где можно выпить утренний кофе или устроить ужин на воздухе. Всё это здесь есть. Несмотря на то, что жильё не в самом центре, до любой точки города можно доехать на такси быстро и без проблем. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство — я чувствовала себя здесь как дома.

  Удобное место размещения, много места, в комнатах отдельные душевые, очень чисто, все работает, очень приветливый хозяин, это лучшее жилье в Грузии, которое мы встречали, хочется вернуться!   Отличный дом расположенный в горах, супер воздух, добрые и гостеприимные хозяева. Рекомендую для проживания. После поездок в Батуми, Турцию и по различным живописным местам Грузии приятно было приехать домой и отдохнуть в этом замечательном месте. Из-за свежего воздуха не всегда получалось рано встать 😀 но это большой плюс. Разнообразие растений рядом с домом поражает. Лучше один раз увидеть, чем сто раз прочитать. 👍

  What could be improved: It was hard to travel from this location to the main city, Batumi, it’s not far but really busy. It takes around one hour in hard traffic.
  No hot water in the kitchen, hot shower is tricky, If no one using water in the entire house, it might work otherwise you have no hot water for the shower. You only get first floor, owner lives on the second floor.
  You’re a part of the house has no air condition at all.

  Домик находится в экологически чистом районе, не далеко от зелёного мыса, такси до центра стоят менее 10 лари, от ЖД вокзала 10 минут
  Море в 1 км( к морю под горку обратно в)
  Возле дома есть мангал, стол, стулья. Вокруг дома располоден фруктовый сад, ростут мандарины, хурма. Очень отзывчевая хозяйка угостила пирогом и чачей
  В доме 3 спальных комнаты и 2 сан узла

  На отдыхе все понравилось – приветливые хозяева дома угостили домашним вином при въезде, гриль вечером, аккуратная приятная жилая зона, вид из окна на зеленые горы

  What could be improved: Для себя выделили единственный недостаток, который вытекает из предыдущего плюса – это расположение.
  Дом находится на подъеме горы, до инфраструктуры или пляжа идти вниз 15-20 минут в вальяжном темпе, а обратно же вас ждет крутой подъем.
